This past week we bought a late-model used car at Napleton Subaru in Palatine for our college-age daughter. We like Subarus because they are highly rated in terms of safety. I was nervous buying a car on my own. The first person to introduce themselves was Mario Escobar. He was friendly and welcoming. I already had an appointment to view a used car after working with Joseline online. Mario helped us all along the way. Had a lovely experience buying a used car with my wife last weekend at Napleton's Palatine Subaru. The overall experience was generally positive, except for a 75 minute wait to meet with the finance person. There were two finance personnel, and 5 people who needed to finalize their purchases. We were #4.
Both the salesman and the finance person were efficient, friendly and competent. The price of the car and trade in offer were reasonable in my opinion.
I bought a used car, and was not informed that it only had one key. I called the sales manager the following day, who offered to split the cost of a second key. I found that reasonable.
