The overall experience was generally positive, except for a 75 minute wait to meet with the finance person. There were two finance personnel, and 5 people who needed to finalize their purchases. We were #4. Both the salesman and the finance person were efficient, friendly and competent. The price of the car and trade in offer were reasonable in my opinion. I bought a used car, and was not informed that it only had one key. I called the sales manager the following day, who offered to split the cost of a second key. I found that reasonable. The snack area was messy. No cookies, as it was later in the day. Our salesman offered to make popcorn, which we declined. Not a great atmosphere for waiting. The finance person had to deal with finicky equipment, such as a slow tablet and printer jamming. We didn't leave the dealership until 8:30 pm, tired and very hungry.

Great service, everything was explained and my service writer even washed my car twice trying to get my tree sap off my car!

We were looking for a used car. We saw the car we were interested in at Napleton’s Subaru Palatine. When we walked into the dealership we were approached by Vick our salesperson. I have to say that this was one of my best car buying experiences ever. I needed to get a vehicle for my mother, and I knew I wanted to get her a safe and easy vehicle to drive, since she is getting older. After doing some research, I found out that Subaru is one, if not the best vehicles in safety & performance, so I decided to check them out. When arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by Rick Boerman the General Manager, and he had us taken care of immediately. He introduced us to Anastasiia, a product specialist who was great with helping us find the perfect car for mom. Austin, the sales manager, worked all the numbers and before you knew it, we were on our way home in the perfect car with the perfect deal. The best part was they took the time to explain to my mom all the safety & technology features so she can enjoy what the car actually has to offer. They even said if mom is having trouble understanding the technology, she can always come back at any time to go over the features again. From start to finish, the process of buying a car here was really smooth.
