However, this was my first time getting my car serviced here, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. I arrived around 4:30 PM to pick up my car, only to find out that the service department closes at 4 PM. I was never given a courtesy call or informed ahead of time that I needed to pick up my car before closing, so I had no idea. To make matters worse, they couldn’t even find my car keys when I arrived. Now I have to wait until Monday morning to get my car back, despite not living anywhere near this location. I understand that the service department has set hours, but better communication with customers, especially first-time customers, would have prevented this entire situation. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled.

Recently purchased a used Forester from here, and was helped by Vick. When I first came to view the car it was in service, so everything was postponed a bit. Vick kept me updated for nearly 2 weeks on the status of the vehicle, and made sure I was the first to know when it was ready. The extra effort on his end was greatly appreciated. Especially since not even 10 minutes after test driving, another group came in who were interested in the vehicle. I am very happy with the help I received and the condition of the car. Vick is funny, and very down to earth. He won’t bullshit you just to sell. I felt very cared for, and got a good deal on a great car.

Aiden was friendly, knowledgeble, helpful and focused on making the sale happen.He addressed all issues directly and thoroughly. Perry was very polite and straight to the point and was clear in explaing business options.

Just purchased 2026 Forestor with Mario and Perry as a financial advisor. I highly recommend those duos. The trade in value was equivalent to what Carmax has given me. Mario was willing to negotiate fairly and explained each car features very well. It is very common for car salesman and financial advisor to push for additional warranty and subscription features it may come with. They both politely explain but were not pushy at all for their own profits. I greatly appreciate opening the shop way past beyond closing hours and showing what each fees means. There are a lot of sneasy Subaru dealership out there. This one is definetly good one. Will come back to trade in our crosstrek if they are both here.

Joe was my salesman, super nice guy, no high pressure sales tactics! Got a fair trade-in.
